  • James It's obvious a whole lot of folks didn't read a damn thing. I believe this is a thought provoking question of which you stated, Ok here is my take on it.....HELL NO we should not prevent smokers from getting healthcare....but this is where we are going.

  • I certainly wish her all the best. And I pray for an expediant and full recovery. She is truly one of the greatest singers of all times, an icon. Unfortunately, pancreatic cancer survival rate is pretty dismal. Hopefully she can beat the odds.

  • @ Bitey-beautifully said. If you truly love a person unconditionally, I don't believe you can add a clause which would allow you to walk away when that person falls ill. Your heart wouldn't let you.

  • Child abuse and neglect are still two of the very few things in this world which continues to astound me. I'm at a loss for words. Any human who's capable of treating another human like this is no human at all. It's too sad for words. There's simply not strong enough laws to protect our children.
